- Understand the key issues for beef and sheep producers including the range in carbon footprints and the main components of that footprint.
- Identify the opportunities and challenges facing the beef and sheep supply chain as a result of climate change and environmental regulations.
- Investigate methods to mitigate the effects on climate change of current livestock systems.
