EBLEX produces a series of free Tuck-In beef and lamb recipe magazines and point of sale material for use by English independent retailers and butchers whether or not they are members of the Quality Standard Mark scheme.
The Tuck-In recipe magazines are published twice a year, and are available free of charge to businesses which have registered to receive Tuck-In material.
