A fresh approach to cooking with Quality Standard lamb is highlighted in the new Quality Standard Spring lamb recipe booklet, which focuses on slow cooked dishes and speedy springtime meal treats.

Over 2 million copies of the booklet, with a foreword from EBLEX Food Advisor Denise Spencer-Walker, were circulated in the national press over the Easter weekend.

The booklet also includes details of the recently-launched EBLEX Recipe Club, containing a wealth of information to create great meals for every occasion, right from creating shopping lists that can be sent to a mobile phone through to cooking tips, and easy to follow carving video guides.
