Based in Northampton, Simon has over 30 years’ experience in the meat and meat processing industries. He is a technical consultant to a medium-sized beef abattoir in Yorkshire, a multi-national meat company and a multi-million pound national foodservice company.
He was formerly UK group technical manager for British Beef and Weddel Swift and subsequently Kepak UK Ltd.
