Ryan is Director of Global Protein solutions a multi –species import /export business based in Loughton, Essex. Formerly the group sales manager at Anglo Beef Processors, Ryan trained in meat industry and technology at Blackpool College of Food Technology.
He worked as a retail buyer on meat and poultry for five years at British Home Stores and has also worked for Randall Parker Foods.
