Kevin is an independent consultant with over 30 years’ experience in the food and drink industry.
His background is in food safety management and the development of quality control systems. Kevin spent 19 years with Safeway Stores Ltd, and is a former chairman of the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Technical Committee. While at the BRC, he helped introduce a number of global food safety initiatives. He has also advised the UK Food Standards Agency on a number of issues including hygiene regulations, incident management and preventing food fraud.
