Adam farms 250 hectares of rented land in Warwickshire, with suckler herds, bull beef, breeding ewes and 40 hectares of arable. He is a former NFU local branch chair, member of the National Livestock Committee, the NFU Animal Health Working Group, and regional chairman for the West Midlands.
He is also a trustee of the Studley College Trust and was the first English ASDA beef scholar, and brings a wealth of knowledge transfer experience.
